I beleive that it is a great pleasure in life to ride bikes with friends. Sometimes, it can feel like you are in perfect synchronicity with them, it is a really weird but beautiful feeling.

Wow! It has been a long long long time

I apologize if I have not posted a thing in many months. Since I have decided to move to a new city, I haven't had much time to draw. So here we are, the beginning of the spring, I now live in Toronto, I do not work in an office anymore and I am pretty happy about it. Also, I am about to have a little art show...I am showing my drawings to the public and they are for sale! Soon, I will post some of my newer work but until then, you should stop by the Manx, in Ottawa (during the month of April), to check out my little art show!

Sustainable Agriculture

My colleague is hosting an event on International development and sustainable agriculture. She asked me to make a drawing for a poster/post cards for her event. Here is what was done! (I used an old drawing of mine...the farmer...and added the background). Maybe you will get to see the poster around town and you might even decide to attend!

Yesterday I was trying to plan a hang out session with my friend Matt and he answered: "let's get togeth 'around six or sev" and requested me to make a drawing of it.

My (short) trip to Toronto

Last week I went to visit friends in Toronto and also to see if there would be a potential for me to move there some day. I love that city! ...and the people! *Apparently there is a bow tie store in Toronto...How cool is that?

What next?

I am working on this drawing but I am not sure...should I continue putting details in the birds? should I had colour or is it okay the way it is? I don't know!

Sorry for the delay

I have not posted anything in a short while. I guess I have been pretty busy! This weekend was my friend's birthday and I made her a little something. It is a bearded man hanging out in a tree...you know...oh and the best part is that she already put it up in her apartment! I am happy you are liking it Natalie!

pillow cushion

My favourite friend is leaving Ottawa this week...an other one moving to Toronto. So I made him a little cushion to make sure he is comfortable where ever he goes.

My buddy Al is no longer working for the organization I work for which make me pretty sad. I already miss him. For is going away "party" I made him a card, I think he liked it...

Being inspired by ...

GRADY MCFERRIN, I decided to make MY OWN Dioramas! I have this idea that I am working on...here are the main characters: Mr. Bird Lover and Mr. Birdlover Lover. I will post pictures of the Dioramas when it is actually finished but until then, you can start imagining it.

I had to make a few drawings for a guide of the different steps of pre-departure for volunteers at work. Here is the last one.

Phone doodle

I usually doodle while talking on the phone at work. Last week I made this "vieux monsieur moustachu". It is how I imagined the person I was talking to over the phone. I wonder if it is in anyway close to reality.

I gave this drawing to a coworker to decorate her cubicle. She says it makes her work day a much happier one... which makes me happy. Bonjour, Bonjour monsieur moustache.

Thursday morning at work

...so slow...

I haven't posted anything in a few days. I felt pretty sick and did not draw much. Lately I have been really slow at doing anything and days also seem to go so slow.
