I have some prints for sale!

I know, I know...this blog is kind of a joke... and I am sorry. But! it is almost the holidays and I have been drawing a little bit and I have a couple prints for sale. The guy hanging in there is 8 by 10, there is only 10 of them (3 already gone) and 10$ each. The Bath-Dogs is bigger: 11 by 14, there is 20 of them (1 already gone) and they are 20$ each. BEARDS, BEARDS, BEARDS - A Woodland Plaid Party

If you know me, you probably know how much I love parties! Oh! I do love parties so much. I love people, I love music, I love dancing and I love socializing! I am so excited for this party! and then also...you will get a chance to see some of my drawings and to listen to a couple of great musicians...I think you should come...if you are in Ottawa.

Little Art Show

So...for the months of April and May, Ottawa people will get a chance to see some bearded men drawings and even buy them if they feel like it. Yes, I will be showing my work at the Old Jail (in the bar) and we will have a little party/opening sometimes mid-april. You should come! and you will see some Siamese twin drawings and some drawings on wood and maybe other things too.

Since December, I have been having some fun drawing bearded men attached to each other. They are stuck together and the even share a shirt. This one was made for a silent auction at my work and the wonderful Jovana bought it, I am happy for her to have it. On that day I bought (with my allies) a full collection of mixed tapes made by my colleague Dan...they are the best!!!!!!

Ottawa - Party/Art Show

This past weekend I had the chance to be invited to take part to a nice little group show. Along side with some of my favourite Ottawa based artists, I had the chance to show and sale 3 of my newest pieces "The Brothers". Not many people know it but I usually have a little story that comes with each of my drawings and if you ask, I can share it with you. Oh yeah, I used markers on wood.

Travis Murphy - Ǻland

My friend Travis is launching is first full lenght album! I was asked to make a drawing of him for his promo postcards. I was really excited about it and here is what I came up with...

Also, if you would be interested in attending the launch and live in Toronto, you can make your way to the concert on August 23rd. Doors open at 7:00 pm, show starts at 8:30 pm, $5 Cover at the Lula Lounge on Dundas West. Unfortunately, I won`t be able to go because I will be in the North West Territories for work but if I wasn`t travelling, I can promess that is where I would be on the 23rd.

Sometimes life happens - La pyramide des chats

Few days ago something not to fun happened to me and I think to deal with it, I have been drawing alot and thought I could share some of these new drawings on my blog. I also think that I should start posting more frequently than once every 4 months. La pyramide des chats is one of my favorites I think.

Wow! It has been a long long long time

I apologize if I have not posted a thing in many months. Since I have decided to move to a new city, I haven't had much time to draw. So here we are, the beginning of the spring, I now live in Toronto, I do not work in an office anymore and I am pretty happy about it. Also, I am about to have a little art show...I am showing my drawings to the public and they are for sale! Soon, I will post some of my newer work but until then, you should stop by the Manx, in Ottawa (during the month of April), to check out my little art show!

Sustainable Agriculture

My colleague is hosting an event on International development and sustainable agriculture. She asked me to make a drawing for a poster/post cards for her event. Here is what was done! (I used an old drawing of mine...the farmer...and added the background). Maybe you will get to see the poster around town and you might even decide to attend!

Yesterday I was trying to plan a hang out session with my friend Matt and he answered: "let's get togeth 'around six or sev" and requested me to make a drawing of it.

My (short) trip to Toronto

Last week I went to visit friends in Toronto and also to see if there would be a potential for me to move there some day. I love that city! ...and the people! *Apparently there is a bow tie store in Toronto...How cool is that?
